  • Pre-Work: Complete a self­-assessment, then communicate targets and goals with your supervisor.
  • Participation In SIX Webinars: Learners attend all six webinars and one bonus coaching call.  These are all LIVE and ON LINE.  Since it is imperative that each learner can engage, an internet connection through a microphone or headset (webcams are preferred) will be required.  A recording of each webinar is available.
  • Pre-and Post-work: Our proven, time­-phased learning approach will require preparation for your skills practice outside of the classroom.
